COHERENCE Course
✨ Mark Your Calendar: Coherence launches this September ✨
This September, I'm opening the doors to Coherence — a course born from a simple question: what would it feel like to have your mind, body, and breath actually working with each other, instead of pulling in three different directions?
Over 3 weeks, we'll slow down and build that alignment together. This isn't about adding one more thing to your to-do list — it's about creating a felt sense of steadiness you can return to, on and off the mat, long after the course ends.
Whether you're feeling scattered, stuck, or simply craving more ease in how you move through your days, this course is an invitation to come back home to yourself.

Backbend Workshop
Backbends ask more of the body than most other shapes in yoga and they reward precision far more than force.
This workshop is built on the belief that a strong, sustainable backbend isn't about how far you can go, but how intelligently you get there.
I bring a study-based approach to backbending, rooted in functional anatomy and years of teaching bodies of every shape, age, and history. Expect a class that moves slowly and deliberately: unpacking the mechanics of spinal extension, understanding where mobility should come from (hips, thoracic spine, shoulders) versus where it often gets stolen (lower back), and building the strength to support the shapes you're already capable of.
Props aren't a modification here they're the method. Blocks, straps, bolsters, and the wall are used throughout to isolate specific actions, build proprioceptive awareness, and let students feel the difference between compensating and actually opening. You'll leave with a toolkit you can use on your own mat, not just a deeper Camel pose for one afternoon.
Whether you're chasing your first Wheel or refining a backbend practice you've had for years, this workshop meets you where you are and gives your body and your understanding of it room to grow.

After the Rush: Strangers
A book talk with Backstory English Bookshop
Tue, Sep 22 · 6:00–7:00 PM · Backstory English Bookshop, Barcelona
Some books need time to settle before you can talk about them honestly. That's the idea behind After the Rush — Backstory's series for gathering after the hype of a big release, once you've actually sat with it.
This time we're discussing Strangers by Belle Burden, a memoir about rebuilding a life when everything familiar shifts (familiar to me!) intimacy, identity, financial vulnerability, and the courage to start again. If you've ever navigated reinvention, belonging, or building a life far from home, this one will land close.
I'll be leading the conversation — no performance, just honest reflection with readers who get it.
